To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道信用咭有半價優惠，加上其中一位家庭成員剛好在機場放工，所以決定一家人一起去機場酒店吃自助餐。呢到食物選擇唔多，不過都好新鮮，味道都ok。切魚生嘅師傅服務非常友善，而且會問三文魚想要肥定瘦我特別欣賞佢地牛排醬汁用小熱爐烘住，令到D醬汁唔會凍，呢個設計真係好出色其他自助餐好少會見到咁細心嘅設計。餐廳環境清潔，又唔多人，攞野食唔洗等好耐，最初都怕唔多人D野食會唔會放好耐唔新鮮或者怕D野食人地夾完就唔refill，但原來服務員係會不停refill 食物確保食物足夠同新鮮
