入門級別「海賀季節精選二人套餐」由刺身入題,然後是鵝肝與兩款海鮮高潮是宮崎和牛,最後與食事湯品與甜品作結套餐價性價比很高慢慢細評,由對前菜無花果沙律說起純粹吃菜蔬的爽甜,微酸而甜味主要來自無花果及蟹肉處理上沒有加添大量醬汁,這點我very ok刺身三點是赤身吞拿魚、油甘魚 & 帶子,up to standard然後正式入題,開胃菜鵝肝多士看著厚厚的鵝肝煮香後縮成小塊油份自然䆁出,油香撲鼻配煎多士正好盡吸鵝油,是入口即溶的肥美口感海鮮有兩款,由淡到濃活鮑魚先上場的是南非活鮑魚席前一直仔細觀察個鮑魚新鮮程度是它還、有、在、動!用竹葉托底來剪焗,令鮑魚攜帶葉的清香師傅貼心地用刀劃出較深刻的坑紋方便食用之餘亦令烹調時更入味鮑魚鮮甜,口感起超彈另外還有鮮少吃到的鮑魚肝(我也是初體驗呢!)加上一邊的海苔淋湯,鹹鮮風味倍翻連我這個不好鮑魚的人也全數清盤第二道海鮮是鐵板龍蝦一看大件頭就知道是西澳貨色肉質no doubt勁爽口彈牙尤愛淋面的蝦膏醬汁愛吃膏的我完全是不再說話安靜地享受蝦膏在口腔濃郁感爆發來到全晚高潮我totally agree吃和牛最愉悅是要吃A4這邊用上A4宮崎和牛看到分佈均勻的雪花❀可

先上場的是南非活鮑魚
席前一直仔細觀察個鮑魚
新鮮程度是它還、有、在、動!
用竹葉托底來剪焗,令鮑魚攜帶葉的清香
師傅貼心地用刀劃出較深刻的坑紋
方便食用之餘亦令烹調時更入味
鮑魚鮮甜,口感起超彈
另外還有鮮少吃到的鮑魚肝(我也是初體驗呢!)
加上一邊的海苔淋湯,鹹鮮風味倍翻
連我這個不好鮑魚的人也全數清盤

來到全晚高潮
我totally agree吃和牛最愉悅是要吃A4
這邊用上A4宮崎和牛
看到分佈均勻的雪花❀
可以想像它油香豐腴
選了三成與七成
意外地七成的口感更勝一籌
外層比三成多一層焦脆感
簡單地點個玫瑰鹽與黑椒就夠大滿足了
旁邊還有吃和牛鐵板的最佳配角——炸蒜片
是我會當成薯片般吃的小點綴

最後補充返,文首提及遇上的貼心師傅
她最最最令我highly appreciate 的
是每次都會把食器放在鐵板上佐熱
確保食物新鮮上枱時能更保温
這不是什麼難度高的烹調技巧
只是厨師為食客設想的巧思
認真對待,這態度絕對值得一讚
