To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今時今日疫情底下約底朋友食飯係非常難得,能夠係北角匯既牛牛日式火鍋放題食飯更加非常難得,因為平時非常多人,同食物太好食!唔講錦多先黎兩個湯底!蕃茄🍅湯底係我同朋友至愛!因為佢唔係一般平時打邊爐用茄膏而成,而係用非常大個新鮮既蕃茄熬製,湯底非常入味鮮甜同好清新!而另一個膠原豬骨鍋口感細膩奶滑,充滿濃郁香味!食物梗係無得輸!丹麥豚腩肉🥓薄切嫩滑,入口充滿肉汁同湯底精華,正😄海鮮🦞亦係我地讚不絕口!蜆,帆立貝,蝦等每隻非常彈牙鮮甜同脹卜卜!一個字正!而各款丸類🍡亦好食都不得了!蝦丸蝦味濃郁,炸魚蛋彈牙爽口,貢丸豬味濃郁,墨魚丸亦有粒粒墨魚肉,炸魚蛋亦十分彈牙,非常之有口感!
