To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很多年沒去,因為都記得大牌檔風味,去到發覺枱已不能攞外面,有點失望,進店裡面坐,感覺是很嘈吵的,我們點了那叫招牌的蘿蔔牛坑腩,美極蝦,油泡鮮魷,蟹肉豆苗,先說蘿蔔牛坑腩,就和普通例湯沒分別,份量也少,蟹肉豆苗很鹹,最離譜是油泡鮮魷,像是一早炒好放在鍋的,鮮魷也像擦紙膠,一點味都無,而且價錢又不是便宜,沒有下次去的機會了,希望老闆睇到本文,不要自毀長城吧
