To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日想快快手手找個地方吃晚飯,二話不說到大家樂吃,是日吃的是原盅老火湯晚餐(油泡斑片)老火湯不只是燉盅的Size,而是用一個貌似小湯煲的盛著,內是青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨,果然老火,湯夠青甜,湯渣都有很多油泡斑片本身已想卻步,但是在晚上九時多的時份其實餐牌選擇不多,斑片鑊氣夠味道出色,惜其名"油泡"顧名思義真是超多油,碟底浸著約2-3mm的油份,所以不敢吃太多總括來說其實味道不錯,只是我還未接受到"油泡"跟"油浸"原來沒有分別
