To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近好忙,但仍好想補打返呢個食評希望版主會登出來啦!!上星期日阿ming生日,上網見到人地話seafood set好抵於是訂左位,個侍應仲好nice話 留左window seat俾我tim!!所以令到我好期待,希望同阿ming會有個一難忘既生日!!去到間pierside,原來個outdoor 放左好多白色table於是又落去睇下,原來望到哂個ifc阿埋個海旋門都不特只,仲望到對面海d燈飾,勁靚於是叫個侍應幫我轉出outdooroutdoor有現場live band唱歌突然勁之浪漫而且生日又有兩杯野飲送叫左一杯紅酒同一杯白酒講返野食,個波菜苗鮮蝦salad好食個湯係白菌青口忌簾湯,本人極喜愛白菌所以個湯都好合我心意之後個main course係三文魚同埋羊架我就叫左三文魚,大大份,又有飯三文魚煎得好香,加埋d飯一d都唔''漏''!!而阿ming個羊架叫左半成熟一d都唔''蘇'',而且好想叫多份...哈哈~最值得一讚係個view靚,service又好最緊要係我地埋單都係360蚊下次一定要返來食!!(今次冇影相,下次一定upload d相同大家分享!!)

所以個湯都好合我心意

之後個main course係三文魚同埋羊架
我就叫左三文魚,大大份,又有飯
三文魚煎得好香,加埋d飯一d都唔''漏''!!

而阿ming個羊架叫左半成熟
一d都唔''蘇'',而且好想叫多份...哈哈~


最值得一讚係個view靚,service又好
最緊要係我地埋單都係360蚊
下次一定要返來食!!
