川菜真的讓人又愛又恨.好鍾意果種濃調味,但又怕辣.朋友介紹左尼間樓上私房川菜.專修很精緻乾淨,有點西餐的感覺.餐具也很有心思,就餐環境很舒服.這餐廳主打酸菜魚小龍蝦.小龍蝦沒什麼興趣.倒是酸菜魚很想一試.要知道現在大陸有幾間網紅酸菜魚太二鹿鼎記.我覺得酸菜魚不能不提他們倆,做比較.見高下.酸菜魚有三款,白湯金湯紅湯,三大主力.白湯豬骨雞魚熬煮.金湯在白湯基礎上加蝦膏.紅湯就加紅油.點了白湯,小份268,一條魚.小辣.上菜很快.必須先喝湯,無敵,湯很鮮濃郁,很有層次,帶一點酸菜味,酸爽.完勝太二.魚肉超滑嫩,沒刺.入口直接滑入喉嚨,鮮嫩.酸菜魚湯必須配飯,很完美,不太辣,但胡椒花椒鮮湯的味道完美結合.無敵,而且很適合本地人的口味.回鍋肉,味道也不錯,肉質有咬口,滑嫩,有小小臘肉既口感.最後菜花,熱鍋上,也做到脆口.不錯.路過銅鑼灣不妨一試,還有避風塘炒蟹也出色,起碼比橋底兩間坐得舒服,便宜味道也不錯.
