To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於媽子是T hotel 的會員,我一年至少都會到T hotel 食兩三次buffet,大多都是慶祝節日如母親節,聖誕節或新年。選它也是老掉牙的原因,又平又有水準。都已經光顧兩三年了,沒有一次的失望,每一次肚子都是滿載而歸,今次亦不例外。 T hotel 的地點對於大部分人來說都不方便,除非你住薄扶林,造就了它寧靜不繁忙的環境,亦是它便宜的原因,可是我從家中出發一程車就到了,非常方便。至於水準,絕對是好吃,由於食物都是每一位廚藝學院的學院親手受訓完後做給客人的,導師絕對是嚴格,所以從來不擔心。這裡semi-lunch buffet 的主菜是全部都會serve的,每一份的分量都是少少的,務求可以試多些菜式,如果不想吃的可以不要,這亦是我喜歡T hotel的地方。先說自助頭盤吧,選擇頗多,沙律款式多不勝數,刺身壽司每一件都很好吃,不得不提法式洋蔥湯,美味得不得了,整餐飯裡喝了三大碗,哈哈。主菜一:Roasted herbs crust Australian rack of lamb 先看賣相已經很吸引,羊肉本身一點都不騷(不需要用到薄荷醬),肉質鮮嫩柔軟多汁,絕沒有overcooked,配

主菜一:Roasted herbs crust Australian rack of lamb 先看賣相已經很吸引,羊肉本身一點都不騷(不需要用到薄荷醬),肉質鮮嫩柔軟多汁,絕沒有overcooked,配卡倒好處的醬汁真的一流,旁邊還有粒粒帶酸的蔬菜,挺開胃呀!

主菜二:Yellow tail “yuan yaki" 這個魚的汁是日式的,滿滿醬油味,配這件煎魚很不錯;可惜魚煮的太久了,非常硬,跟上一次來吃的時候差遠了,另一個原因可能是魚的品種不同,這塊魚基本上都沒脂肪,所以容易變硬。

主菜三:Pork Vindaloo 這個是豬咖哩,肉已經燜的很林,薯仔也溶掉了;咖哩醬很惹味,辣度恰到好處,可以配烤餅吃。

主菜四:Grilled King Prawn with mousseline sauce 這個大蝦的忌廉汁調的非常好,不漏之餘還是充滿了奶香;大蝦新鮮彈牙!

以上四個主菜除了Yellow tail “yuan yaki稍微遜色一點之外,其他都有水準。 

最後就是甜品了,目測是不錯的,可是實在很飽啦不能所有都試,就拿了幾樣,總括來說都不錯,尤其舔了朱古力的士多啤梨! 這是一餐非常滿意的生日飯!
