To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好出名的點心專門店,曾經係人山人海朝聖嘅米芝蓮食肆,但我覺得到了現在已是虛名罷了,首先門口接待的人員很冷漠,入到店內感覺環境衛生欠佳,裝修和枱椅都破舊,食物種類和選擇都不多,都是一般酒茶樓點心和食品,而食物質素真的一般,最達標的是酥皮焗义燒飽和櫻花蝦珍菌醬撈麵,其他點心真係好普通,而且有幾款點心(虎皮尖椒、鮑汁鳳爪)真的有點失望,而侍應招呼亦不好,反而傳菜姐姐有禮友善,整體來說是一間普通不過的食肆,食物普通價格合理,招呼欠佳,衞生環境有很大改善空間,如果順路經過一試無妨,但絕不值得專程去食,正所謂無期望就無失望吧!
