To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友平日夜晚去homesquare搵飯食，見好似唔使等太耐就攞飛，大概等咗20分鐘就有位喇。帶位女店員見我朋友大肚，入座時無要求都俾咗杯暖水佢，好細心，加分。其他食客只會得室溫水。三河一色鰻魚三味丼($158)。鰻魚有炭燒味卜卜脆，唔係超市幾十蚊嘅貨色。另外有碗鰻魚汁，不過個飯同魚已經有汁，夠味唔使再加。第二食要彈嘅係紫菜喺熱嘅飯面上好快淋曬，同埋應該有wasabi但佢無。最後第三食加高湯變湯飯，大滿足。滑蛋吉列大蝦丼($78) 。炸蝦大大隻，略嫌個飯淡咗啲。蟹柳沙律，薯仔沙律同個湯不過不失。特上刺身 ($58)。叫得過。三文魚同帶子新鮮，仲有 大大隻嘅牡丹蝦，抵曬。總結係，絕對無欺場，必定會返食。
