平日係灣仔返工,中午時間幾乎 間間餐廳都坐滿曬人,難得今晚準時六點收工,特意去到軒尼詩道(如意冰室私房菜) 食私房菜,貪佢冇乜味精,又有住家庭feel。其中一樣主打菜式叫如意海上鮮,提供好多唔同煮法。經和老闆聊天而得知他是每天早上去香港仔街市,買新鮮的海鮮食材,揀靚貨,加上師傅廚藝的配合,成了一道道高質的家常小菜。估唔到平時七點鐘已經滿曬座,價錢又經濟實惠,所以要食好嘢,就早啲嚟。煎封火點,通常食海魚一般都是清蒸,但今次我哋就試下叫煎封做法,一上枱見到成條火點都好雀躍,賣相十分靚,金黄色的皮好香脆,魚質肉嫩又唔腥,再加埋蔥花、豉油的配合,令到平時不食魚的我,也無法抗拒,好正仲叫左碗白飯添。薑蔥焗金牌美國桶蠔,$188,餐廳係用咗美國桶蠔,每隻都十分鮮甜肉質飽滿,大大隻,用上薑蔥焗的煮法,相當之惹味。芝士大蝦炒烏冬,在飲宴上面的芝士龍蝦伊麵已買少見少,工序繁複,呢度菜式果陣香濃車打芝士汁鹹鹹地又有蝦鮮味,也毫不吝嗇地放左好多隻蝦,蝦肉鮮甜、爽口、彈牙。蒜蓉炒白菜仔,適量花生油更提油香,白菜仔嫩綠夠清甜。懷舊式的紅豆冰,我的至愛。
