Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋日經過佐敦鋪頭，見都花多眼亂既包包，之前已經試過紫菜肉鬆bagel🥯，好食😋今次試下其他先～隔左日再番焗做早餐有：杏仁牛角、朱古力咖啡骰仔、伯爵茶鬆餅先講杏仁牛角🥐，唔知係咪隔左一日，牛角包既層次唔夠，但有鬆脆口感既，而且有杏仁片都好多，加埋灑上面既糖粉有甜甜既味道。🍫朱古力咖啡骰仔，內裡係朱古力包加埋咖啡朱古力醬，有少少空氣，而且包既質感有少少乾，但咖啡味突出，有個醬溝返勻，而且個size都大粒，食落都好夠。🍵伯爵茶Scone， 茶味突出，但略嫌就咁食有d乾，要拼返果醬或者clotted cream，個人認為茶香配clotted cream會match d😌

先講杏仁牛角🥐，唔知係咪隔左一日，牛角包既層次唔夠，但有鬆脆口感既，而且有杏仁片都好多，加埋灑上面既糖粉有甜甜既味道。
