Restaurant: Concept Big Grains
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

建議：除左佐敦分店，仲有灣仔同荃灣店雖然灣仔店已經開左2年幾，今次第一次去，舖頭好乾淨，仲有望街既座位，可以買完休息下即刻嘆。今次試左：▫️紫．糬 (HK$17)紫．糬係店內的熱門 No.2🥈面包質感好軟熟，入面有紫薯蓉 同埋 麻糬，而且份量都算多，至少每一啖都食到紫薯蓉+麻糬👍 另外，仲有一款包叫做：芋泥小盒，下次都好想試下 😋 吐司形狀，睇番簡介：面包入面有手工芋泥 💜▪️金讚鳳梨比高 (HK$23)期間限定既Bagel 🍍 睇番簡介：面團加入左鐵觀音茶葉，入面既鳳梨餡係經白酒調配。雖然面包食落無咩茶味，不過鳳梨餡食得出左啲酒味，酸酸甜甜幾開胃。而且鳳梨餡都好足，每啖都食到👍當日仲見到另一款新出既 蒜香墨汁比高 (蒜頭+番茜+芝士整成既大蒜芝士🧀 之後面包就加入左墨魚汁🦑)，下次真係大擺野試😌
