🔖The Murray前身係美利大廈。The Tai Pun整體感覺環境都舒服,服務好。未夠06:30已經排緊隊入座。簡單起見,揀左個Set Dinner,點完餐一陣之後就有侍應問你想要咩餐包。🍽蕃茄包我覺得好好味啊,成個包都充滿住蕃茄乾,食落去有外脆內軟口感,加上少少牛油或者淨吃都好味。🍽Hokkaido Scallop a La Plancha🍽Citrus Cured Hamachi 油甘魚有成4塊,都好厚身,加左d柑橘汁令人幾開胃,無乜腥味,但我食一塊都好膩了😬不過可能本身我都少吃魚刺身。🍽Daikon Soup中間有舊豆腐,侍應嚟到嘅時候先將湯倒入碗。非常非常濃烈既味,睇返先知道原來係蘿蔔味😂🍽Creamed Wild Mushroom Pasta一黎到就有濃烈黑松露味,面頭有塊薄薄嘅芝士覆蓋晒成個長通粉。略嫌汁較少,加上長通粉比較難掛汁,不過同芝士塊一齊食增加味道層次。🍽Sustainable Barramundi 魚既皮有脆既口感,魚肉唔會太乾,味道正常。🍽Dark chocolate and Hazelnut Tart食多幾啖就覺得有點膩,旁邊有兩舊柚子醬,點少少食即刻

我覺得好好味啊,成個包都充滿住蕃茄乾,食落去有外脆內軟口感,加上少少牛油或者淨吃都好味。
