To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch大熱天氣，唔想食飯，同事話長沙灣附近有米線幾好食，食上癮，所以決定帶我試一試。湯底有4款，同事強烈推薦沙嗲湯底，我見未食過，即管試下。叫左 招牌金仔米線$22 加$7熱檸水金仔米線=有炸醬同腩肉碟炸醬紅噹噹，唔知以為係辣椒醬😂但肉質太鞋口，食左小小無食。腩肉好食，亦好邪惡。😂湯底味濃，偏咸，有重既沙嗲味，鐘意食濃味既應該會幾鐘意，但唔岩我口味，試完個湯一啖已經無再飲。食完一定要叫野飲，會好頸渴。

碟炸醬紅噹噹，唔知以為係辣椒醬😂但肉質太鞋口，食左小小無食。
腩肉好食，亦好邪惡。😂
湯底味濃，偏咸，有重既沙嗲味，鐘意食濃味既應該會幾鐘意，但唔岩我口味，試完個湯一啖已經無再飲。食完一定要叫野飲，會好頸渴。
