To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘區工商大廈林立,近年好多小食肆進駐大廈內創業,皆因租金便宜人流旺,不過要令客人上工廈用膳,點都要諗啲計仔,例如派傳單賣廣告、向朋友介紹等等,吸引到客人上黎要留得住就好講食物質素,就好似我今次去食的五月星牛肉麵,坦白講唔係朋友介紹我都唔識上去,食完真係要推介俾大家,因為老闆去過台灣學師,確實係好有台灣味道。 店舖雖小但都幾骨子,睇得出裝修係花左心思,有些懷舊的味道,我們4大1小點左以下的菜: ☆☆☆☆☆刈包(刈音: 叉) $32送到上枱熱辣辣,店員提示為免攤涼請盡快食,第一次食刈包,樣貌看似菜肉包,細看之下入面有厚切豬腩肉、酸菜、小青瓜、花生碎,比菜肉包更豐富,已醃過的豬腩肉完全沒有油膩感,味道有點像東坡肉,配上新鮮熱辣包皮和酸菜青瓜零舍醒胃,花生碎為刈包添上微脆,令層次更立體鮮明☆☆☆☆☆招牌紅燒牛肉麵 $73果然係招牌貨,最欣賞紅燒牛展肉淋口有牛肉味,煮法花時間也考功夫,湯底香濃食完唔會口乾,麵身夠爽口凍左食都唔會變淋☆☆☆☆清燉牛肉麵 $73依個麵好適合小朋友,老闆話係用時令水果(今次是蘋果和雪梨),再加大量牛骨燉成,湯頭很清甜可以成碗湯飲晒,麵身同樣爽口,不過牛展肉就無紅燒咁

經過依餐豐富的台灣菜,令到我對台灣菜另眼相看,以前曾經光顧一間台灣牛肉麵,簡直以難食嚟形容,自此之後令我對台灣菜大打折扣,每次選擇餐廳時台灣菜都不會列入我腦海當中,但經過這次,我會再黎幫襯兼推介朋友,可暫時只來依間五月星牛肉麵,希望店家能保持水準,令香港美食天堂的美譽得以保存,因為好多小店都無以前的美味,可能是租金、環境和貨源都有莫大關係。
