晚飯時段,想casual食扒又想任食薯條,呢間位於銅鑼灣嘅 Top Blade Steal Lab 真係唔錯嘅選擇,黑松薯條更係賣點之一。即使係平日,人流亦唔少,唔想等太耐就要早少少先係門口取飛,行下街再等左15分鐘就有位,繁忙時段差唔多等左1小時,始終都位於繁忙區。問店員Guest Chef Flat Iron同Flat Iron有咩分別? 店員話Guest Chef嘅牛扒係用左3小時慢煮,口感會腍啲,而Flat Iron就係咁煎嘅。最後選擇 Guest Chef Flat Iron (下面) 同埋 Flat Iron (上面)各5成熟。 蒜頭都唔錯噢~至於Guest Chef Flat Iron係咪腍過Flat Iron呢,我就覺得相反喇。反而覺得Flat Iron更易入口,性價比更好。至於黑松露薯條都係好好食,好有黑松露味,而且店員見你食完薯條亦會主動拎新鮮整出嚟薯條問你要唔要加薯條,當然除左茄汁,如果有黑松露汁更好。

更易入口,性價比更好


至於黑松露薯條都係好好食,好有黑松露味,而且店員見你食完薯條亦會主動拎新鮮整出嚟薯條問你要唔要加薯條,當然除左茄汁,如果有黑松露汁更好
