To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天同完朋友行完街去左間馬來西亞餐廳食嘢，相信蘇媽蘇媽大家都唔陌生架啦，試佢地既招牌菜當然唔少得係肉骨茶啦，無限添飲，湯汁有濃厚嘅藥材味，配飯一流👍🏻👍🏻☺️之後都點咗個玻璃魷魚通菜，魷魚彈口清爽，加馬拉醬炒的通菜，口感非常好。小食就叫左個魚仔醬蘿蔔糕，魚仔醬的味道非常濃郁，不過我就略嫌較鹹咗少少咖央多士都係度蘇媽蘇媽必點既小食，非常受歡迎，基本上八成枱都見到必點小食 👍🏻👍🏻另外我同朋友點左個柑桔話梅水同馬拉拉茶，幫自己解渴降溫😎😎

之後都點咗個玻璃魷魚通菜，魷魚彈口清爽，加馬拉醬炒的通菜，口感非常好。
