突然心血來潮lunch想食好啲,係同同事係中環行到勁遠黎到上環半山,順便感受下文青氣息👩🏾‍🎨因為2點既關係,黎到無乜人,啲位任坐,好舒服。我地2個人,叫一個沙律🥗,2個主菜,一個薯條。一人一杯野飲,好豐盛啊🤩唔可以唔讚個沙律,真係好好味,最鍾意沙律上面淋沙律醋,沙律好新鮮,感覺自己好健康個同事話行到咁遠,點都要叫最貴個個,咩理論🤔我地就叫左個慢煮左48粒鐘既牛肋。估唔到係幫我地切好曬先攞上黎,勁貼心,岩曬懶人。(同埋比埋舊骨我地睇呢堆堅係牛肋骨🤫)啲牛肉煮得好綿密,啲牛脂入口有種融化既感覺,齋食牛已經好味,再點埋醬,正。然後叫鴨脾一人一隻,啲肉質煮得好鬆軟,鴨肉好清新,好味好味有菜有肉都要有澱粉先均衡嫁嘛本身已經勁鍾意蕃薯條,唔係好多地方有,呢間真係炸得好好味,外脆內軟,一啲都唔油,點埋佢啲醬,忍唔住一條接一條好好味既一間餐廳,等我再黎
