雪糕佬無雪糕都未係最有趣,最有趣係佢嘅名物竟然係客家炆豬肉飯同埋蝦仔蛋飯,真心爆。其實呢一間係一間位於西貢嘅街坊茶餐廳仔,位置都有少少複雜,不過好多人幫襯架。朋友推介要試客家炆豬肉飯同埋蝦仔蛋飯,所以就試呢兩個啦。客家炆豬肉飯︰佢係一個好客家的菜式,細個成日食。用南乳汁炆得好香,加埋咸酸菜同木耳,餸飯一流,豬肉的肥瘦剛剛好,太肥就頂唔頫,太瘦又乾柴咁唔好食。蝦仔蛋飯︰其實我覺得似蝦仁炒蛋飯嘅進化版,佢唔係用雪藏蝦,上碟時仲有尾殼的,另外個蛋都做得好,仲留有蛋汁,好有特色。最後仲叫咗杯凍檸多飲,其實就係益力多加檸檬,不過又真係幾好味。
