To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

要買餸煮飯,但有少少肚餓,有一間新店稱今日下午正式開張,但又未對外開放,又唔想行,所以一支箭衝入譚仔,其實我一生人係第四次幫襯譚仔或三哥嘅米線,其實我唔係好食米線,對呢類食物好反感,更加唔好話土匪鷄翼啦,更加唔會食物,點了牛肉米線加竹笙($36)3少辣(即餐牌上1隻辣椒),再加一份蒜泥白肉(細份,$24)。碗畜牲(我好鍾意食竹笙,因為同音,所以成日都叫竹笙做畜牲)牛肉米線都算大碗,碗內仲有芽菜、腐皮同韭菜,先飲啖湯,是有辣味的,牛肉幾淋,再食畜牲,本身畜牲無味,要吸滿湯才食到有味道,最奇怪的事,我其實好喜歡食硬身粗幼油麵、米粉,但偏偏不喜歡太硬身及過淋米線,幸好今次硬度適中,所以無需要「驚青」!蒜泥白肉,先試蒜泥,嘩,辣到刺鼻,爭啲標眼水,人就這樣犯賤,越係刺鼻就越想食,配上白肉一齊食是不錯的,之後返到屋企卡卡醬問食過甚麼?個口好大陣蒜味,所以偷食要抹嘴,最好嗽埋口。
