Restaurant: Pasta And Oyster House (Millennium Court)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

差唔多 7 點去到, 仲有位~ Good~ 鋪位好細, 遲左去通常都要排隊~是日同女友一共試左 3 道菜~芝士焗三文魚三文治 ($28) - 一家要試, 芝士同三文比例剛好, 賣相吸引~白酒忌薕汁青口菠菜螺絲枌 ($58, 套餐) - 汁比較普通, 無咩驚喜, 而且女友話 d 粉好咸, 我就覺得 d 青口咸~烤羊架 ($32) - 肉質軟熟, 熱力足以令香料揮發出呢~ Good, 不過呢種菜式難免比較肥膩一點~原本都想試下佢地既主打, 蠔~ 不過食唔落啦, 下次有機會再算~環境好嘈, 我同女友根本傾唔到計~! 呢 part 要扣分~待應態度可以, 不過做野有 d 慢, 可能新黎~ 慢慢學啦, 比心機~仲有進步空間, 加油~
