老闆請食飯,帶我嚟到銅鑼灣焰 炭燒專門店。升降機一打開門入到店舖已經覺得好有氣氛。座位圍住Bar枱,可以一邊品嚐美食一邊睇住廚師烹調。餐牌有兩個選擇,老闆當然揀咗個多D食物種類嘅套餐。連甜品總共有十一款。先品嚐前菜三品我就選擇咗鮟鱇魚肝、煙燻吞拿魚同甜蕃薯鮟鱇魚肝口感很滑煙燻吞拿魚鋪滿黑椒調味,味道很特別刺身三點擺盤嘅設計真係非常特別,刺身新鮮不在話,未食已經很吸睛!刺身下是一個魚缸,放咗一條活生生游水嘅魚。精選頭盤選用了黑毛和牛刺身配上沙律菜,牛和刺身肉質鮮嫩。鵝肝茶碗蒸食過一次真係返唔到轉頭!平時食嘅茶碗蒸係普通嘅蒸水蛋咁,但呢度改成份子料理,每一啖嘅茶碗蒸係好Creamy之餘,亦都有陣陣嘅鵝肝香味,食到最底仲有一塊鵝肝,真係好想encore再食多個。煎帆立貝配冷壓魚子新鮮帆立貝係特別鮮甜,配上魚子提升鮮味。炭薰牛舌呢個簡直係視覺、味覺同時享受。牛舌經過炭火完成烹調後,廚師再放上一舊炭喺牛舌上再用玻璃蓋上,令到牛舌充滿炭火香味,食落除了牛舌嘅爽口亦都有啖啖炭火香味。紫蘇二重燒牛肉卷廚師同樣用炭火燒,當完成後配上紫蘇葉及紫菜包上,入口充滿紫蘇香味。壽喜汁和牛肉眼薄燒迷你嘅壽喜燒,和牛
