小弟一向都唔多好酒,但表姨甥女就貪得意,點咗杯菠蘿梳打燒酎,小試一口,酒精度唔高,卻有菠蘿嘅清甜味,非常之易入口。

蟹子蟹肉薯仔沙律 $78

啲薯仔沙律搓到成個波咁,撒上大量蟹籽,配合埋啲車厘茄,賣相清爽。老實講,蟹肉已混入晌啲薯仔沙律裡面,但食落感覺唔喺好多,但蟹籽就令到個薯仔沙律軟軟腍腍中多添卜卜脆爽口感。

店員話佢哋返咗唔少新鮮飛機貨,加上3盛啲刺身都會揀啲時令嘢,值得一試嘅。以小木盆再加上精緻嘅擺盤,單喺賣相睇見都已經賞心樂事啦!而3款刺身有三文魚、鯛魚及帆立貝,再額外加上赤貝,睇色澤都覺得好對辦,就連啲日本芥末都喺由鮮山葵即磨貨色。

三文魚

雖然三文魚較普及大路,但市面未必間間店都喺好貨色。眼前嘅三文,色澤光亮,唔會暗暗啞啞,入口肥美油潤,食得出喺上好嘅貨色。

貝類刺身一向都有市場,其實,靚嘅貝類亦唔便宜架。新鮮嘅赤貝,甚具咬口,咬落柔韌有嚼頭,而且,鮮味十足。

雖然無講明喺唔喺嚟自北海道,但食過就知喺靚貨。全程有店員幫忙處理,否則,衰喺小弟手就嘥咗啲靚食材啦。當帆立貝燒到咁上下,就加啲清酒同些少醬油,帶子食落鮮甜彈牙,帶微微酒香,而殼內嘅湯汁更千祈咪錯過,全部都喺精華。

喺唔喺南非種呢?唔知,但同樣具質素,一樣下少許清酒嚟吊吊味,簡簡單單燒過,時間拿捏好,故咬落柔韌卻有彈性,鮑魚味比想像中突出,兼有少少炭火香嘅感覺。如果,順手剪為小件,更方便食客享用。

浜燒除咗有常見嘅海鮮之外,甲羅燒亦喺另一浜燒常客菜,只賣$68一客真喺好抵,因為,以往都食過,見一般都賣到成八、九十蚊。經處理過嘅蟹殼,連埋蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹籽、蔥花及鵪鶉蛋,放晌小竹籮度,睇見都好想快啲有得食。

甲羅燒亦由店員幫忙烤熟,三扒兩撥就搞掂,熱辣辣嘅混合蟹膏,滔一羹入口,甘腴濃香,口感綿密細滑,食完,都仲覺得有一朕餘韻晌口腔盤旋。至於另一個,就加入黑松露,令幽香味更具層次。淨食其實單一咗少少,如能配少少薄片多士就更好。不過,我哋都醒,剩一半用嚟撈飯,堅喺得彈喇呀

最後加個食事打底,炒飯就方便大家「些牙」,個飯亦炒得幾唔錯喎,除飯粒分明,入口夠爽又唔油之外,仲有好多配料,如魷魚、蜆肉、蝦粒,更伴以蟹籽、蔥花添。

無論刺身,抑或浜燒嘅海鮮,都感受到食材新鮮,而服務方面,都讓我哋感到好稱心。最後,祝願表姨甥女本書大賣,話晒都辛苦咗幾個月嘛!
