情人節碰巧又是年初三,今年卻是非一般的農曆新年及情人節。由於所有餐廳晚上六時後禁止堂食,對於餐飲業來説,無論中西日韓式餐廳,等同白白失去了每年一度的晚飯黃金檔期。苟延殘喘的餐廳為了稍為補償過去幾個月喪失了的生意額,只好盡量利用這個黃金檔期的午飯時段,甚至安排了兩至三輪生意 ⋯⋯ 但第三輪就要去到三點,午餐變成下午茶!聰明又有計劃嘅小編,梗係提早訂位,搶到了最好時間嘅第一輪:中午12:00至1:30。今次揀嘅係「Yakiniku Great」總店,位於上環,地點唔算優越,附近既沒有高級寫字樓、也不是食肆集中地。反而分店座落中環砵典乍街,雖然離開核心寫字樓地段稍為遠一點,但毗鄰大館(即前香港警察總部及域多利監獄建築群)及砵甸乍街(即石板街)等香港法定古蹟及一級歷史建築物,地理位置更配合餐廳的市場定位 ⋯⋯ 只是分店室內環境不太符合小編一家大細。作為高級日式燒肉店,「Yakiniku Great」面積唔大,這樣才能保證每位客人的優質服務。為了增加視覺上嘅空間感,牆壁上鑲嵌了一組鏡子。裝修風格唔似傳統日式燒肉店,沒有古樸風情的木枱木凳及暗黃燈光,以暗灰作為牆身主色,帶出摩登簡樸的感覺;用日文用

Tougarashi(とうがらし)係由肩膊至前腿取出、只有約2kg的優質赤肉。跟據指示,同樣也是兩面各烤3秒。由於沒有預先加入醬油調味,食法要浸淡味噌清湯。鹹香、濕潤、加上燒烤的肉香;雖然同樣是浸在湯內,但並不似涮涮鍋しゃぶしゃぶ的清淡原味。Tougarashi 有點似 Daisankaku(大三角),但肉質纖維就稍為明顯。食完件和牛,當然連湯都不能放過;浸過和牛的味噌湯,多了和牛的油脂香氣,有點似牛肉味增湯,一口氣喝完。
