To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過見間餐廳都幾似樣,於是就決定去嘆過下午茶餐。由朋友介紹下,我點咗一個set,係很普通的煉奶粗粒花生醬厚多士及一杯齋啡。當碟多士放在枱上,它並沒有發放任何光芒,或許我以貌取多士的第一印象吧了,我以為中伏,於是用了很矛盾而無奈的心情去品嚐這多士。可是這平凡的傑作,一入口就不得了……我的口腔已承受不了很精彩的味道呀,其"内在味"包括甜而不膩的花生醬混和煉奶,再加添數十花生粒及較軟身的麵包,我認為是拍案叫絕的美食作品。最後以淡淡苦澀的齋啡,極具甜中有澀、澀中有甜的輝映效果。
