To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近發現石門好多餐廳，嘻嘻😜又可以唔洗咁齋啦。適逢下午茶時段，同媽媽入咗去煌苑食。門口裝潢非常典雅，窗户都以歐陸式設計，透過窗户往外看去，好美的庭苑，怪不得，這裡也是婚宴的熱門地點。我們坐下來，看到點心紙有豬仔包和棉花雞，二話不說就點了。點好了點心🥧等吃啦。首先上的是豬仔包好可愛。接著就是棉花雞，煎堆，腸粉，還有一大碗豬腳薑。精緻的菜式讓人食指大動，又賞心悅目。點心味道，在保留故有的味道中加入廚師👨‍🍳的創新點子，讓它如獲重生。
