To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從兩個月前轉左大部份時間素食之後,我都幾依賴呢一間小店,每日都希望食一啲健康而又送到飯嘅素食,所以一有機會就叫個兩餸飯加支嘢飲。兩餸選擇唔算多,不過必叫嘅係梅菜素扣肉,鍾意佢梅菜較多唔係太重味,扣肉軟林林蒟蒻咁樣竟然做到啲汁炆到入去嘅感覺。有問過自己係咪齋口唔齋心,其實唔係,因為呢一味餸係咁多款式裏便最好送飯同埋入味嘅選擇,唔通下下嗌炸素春卷嚟送飯咩😙 另外仲試咗咖喱薯仔、羅漢齋、牛蒡煎餅、紫菜卷,都好食嘅,有幾條綠色嘅新鮮蔬菜🥬,very proper working meal👍
