To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

裝修之後好耐冇嚟食過點知坐底冇耐就覺得中伏,落完order佢先話得一個爐,最初仲以為聽錯,點知D野食真係要等好耐先出一碟,成餐飯食咗2個鐘。最初食都覺得唔錯只係煮得慢,點知食到中途已經開始覺得好口渴,仲要係搞到全部人都口渴到不得了⋯⋯估計應該係用咗好多味精。餐廳內主要得位婆婆級落單及送餐,其他都係自助形式。
