今晚補祝母親節飯,約左一家人響旺角鬧市剛開業嘅新派私房菜,名叫“金玉滿堂”, 唔好睇佢係喺街市裏面,唔講咁多住,去相。。。去得金玉滿堂梗係叫返個金玉滿堂啦,黑松露味非常濃厚水晶汁掛在鮑魚上,細節在於西蘭花都有用心調味炒過,唔會好似其他食肆咁白灼完就伴碟這道白雪藏龍,不但用上鮮味彈牙的龍蝦球,而且蛋白像燉蛋一樣超級滑溜,味道清新,簡直一試難忘。鹽水鴨口味清淡而略帶鹹味,肥而不膩、鮮嫩味美。豉汁白鱔小炒王七味豆腐酸菜魚 花雕泡椒豬手 啫啫蝦乾通菜
