鬧市中的鯉魚門 國慶好多人去旺角,偶爾入去煙廠街見到間餐廳海鮮好生猛,食個雞煲都好可以補身又暖身仲有食得豪氣D金玉招牌龍蝦雞煲真係足足一隻鮮活龍蝦,蝦肉鮮甜,肉質飽滿,非常新鮮。仲有雞肉很入味,肉質嫩滑,海鮮跟雞煲真係好夾。我哋叫左細煲,都夠兩個人食,店員話加湯仲可以打邊爐。配料很多,點解醬汁甘惹味,原來加入了洋蔥,蒜頭,少許芫茜,菇菌提鮮。辣度都有得揀,但我自己想食原味多的。鮑魚撈飯用上南非的鮮鮑魚,鮑魚都好大隻又飽滿,口感柔滑,切開見到肉色光澤,炆得好入味,醬汁是秘製,拌飯一流。除了鮑魚,醬汁,白飯香軟,仲有配菜,一人份量算唔錯。

餐廳就有排檔街市旁,門口有大大個海鮮櫃,而且還晚上九點後海鮮有85折優惠,性價比會更高!所以愈夜愈多人的!花蛤海蝦雞煲(398元)雞煲是半隻雞的份量,雞本身挺大隻的,肉挺多,炒得非常入味,而且挺有鑊氣的,味道是挺惹味的,偏甜口的,甜甜辣辣的感個。而雞吃起來有點雞味,雞肉質嫩滑。另外的花蛤和海蝦,份量挺足的,花蛤和海蝦的口感都挺爽滑,而且都挺新鮮。糖醋咕嚕肉(98元)這個挺傳統的煮法,吃起來挺酥脆的,外脆內嫩的,而且咕嚕肉也不會太肥膩,有肉味!醬汁味道酸甜,挺下飯的!椒鹽白飯魚(108元)白飯魚的份量挺足的,炸得特別香脆,吃到魚肉的部份還是嫩嫩的,而且椒鹽味特別香,挺適合配酒的!紅燒BB鴿(78元/隻)現點現炸,吃起來特別外焦裡嫩,而且醃得很夠味,不會配其他調味料都好吃了,吃起來有肉香!

看食評選擇這裡中秋節+爸媽生日慶祝,位置比較隱蔽,鋪內佈置如小型大排檔,冷氣不足,衛生環境普通,全鋪只有4個人,樓面只有1人。本來諗住食物質素好的話,其他的都可以得過且過,而且價錢不比酒樓平。當晚有鮑魚雞煲、上湯龍蝦伊麵、通菜煲、椒鹽鮮魷、咕嚕肉、豉油王鵝腸、小炒王、酸菜魚共$2400幾。鮑魚雞煲$800幾,本來有8隻四頭鮑因為唔夠貨所以得4隻鮑魚+花甲頂替,上湯龍蝦伊麵$400幾,伊麵滿滿油溢味,啫啫通菜都要$100但得半斤份量,連白飯都得半碗。怪不得香港食肆生意不好因為質素真係每況愈下。
