To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個開始轉涼的週末下午, 想到吃一個煲仔飯, 來了這間在地底的大快活,臘腸排骨煲仔飯 $40 + $5 (熱奶茶) =$45 /午餐, 以快餐店來說可算幾高級下了,價品高算了吧! 如果交番足功課的話, 無話可說! 但這煲飯份量的確飯夠多, 臘腸也ok但比較肥咗少少, 主角之一嘅排骨最令人吃驚, 排骨無骨? 因為全是豬軟骨! 而軟骨旁邊沒有豬肉而係一些脂肪狀嘅物體, 咁即係要將豬軟骨當豬肉食, 所以無骨落地是真的! 另外加一堆梅菜/ 蔥花填補一些吉位, 自己接受唔到排骨變成豬軟骨重要係無肉嘅豬軟骨囉! 而收40大洋嘅煲仔飯連兩棵小棠菜都沒有又是另一個未能接受的地方, 經常在形象上強調自己如何注重健康但一大煲飯就一條菜都無, 有的只是一大堆蔥花! 這樣講得過去嗎?大企業要賺錢明白的, 但也應該顧及社會良心嘅!
