今日同老婆突然想食煲仔飯,就諗起兩年前食過的陳漢記。去到依舊要排隊,今次排咗差唔多成個鐘,不過都值嘅(因為呢間啲煲仔飯真係唔錯)。今次分別叫了黃鱔臘鴨脾加膶腸煲仔飯、公司煲仔飯、豬膶腸粉同芥蘭。先講個黃鱔,啲鱔肉好多吓,同埋咬落都幾脆,而臘鴨脾就鹹咗啲,不過撈埋啖飯食都ok。而條膶腸食落有好香玫瑰露味道,正。至於個公司煲仔飯,全部臘味都切到一粒粒,啱晒唔鍾意有骨嘅朋友。但食落個感覺無傳統煲仔飯咁好食。到個豬膶腸粉,呢個真係值得推介,啲豬膶都多,同埋都好香,有一種好似食緊鵝肝嘅感覺,唯獨係碟腸粉可能擺咗好耐先拎出嚟,上枱時已經唔熱,如果熱辣辣上枱應該會正好多。
