突然想食燒鵝,冇理由山長水遠去深井架🤣近近地搵吓市區邊度有好食嘅燒鵝,見到呢間係鏞記後人開,即刻試吓有幾巴閉例湯日日唔同,今日係西洋菜豬骨湯😍我本身已經勁中意西洋菜湯,甘甜味嘅老火湯,好足料甘饕燒鵝外表立立令,一睇就知油香十足,夾起見到鵝肉飽滿,非常吸引😍鵝皮入口酥化,啖啖油香,但係又唔係肥到膩個隻,連埋酸酸甜甜嘅酸梅醬,味道層次更豐富蜜汁叉燒+肥燶叉燒+大少叉燒三款叉燒都用咗三個唔同部位嘅豬肉燒成,我就最鍾意肥燶叉燒,有少少燶邊,好香口,仲要係用邪惡嘅五花腩,緊係好食啦🤣鮮鵝肝腸炒芥蘭鮮鵝肝腸真係比較少食,同臘腸相比較腍,有啲粉粉地嘅口感,都幾特別👍🏻鵝油炒飯熱辣辣嘅煲仔炒飯,炒飯粒粒分明,用鵝油炒飯真係好香,仲有啲細粒鵝肉,菜心粒增加口感,呢個炒飯絕對推介!我地食到一粒飯都無淨😆
