To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

煲完魷魚遊戲, 諗極到諗唔明點解主角最後會染紅色頭髮😅回到正題, 分享吓前幾日食嘅汁燒魷魚筒✨ 魷魚煮得軟淋, 個汁辣辣地, 為冇乜味嘅魷魚加返一份滋味, 食落好過癮🤙🏻鐵板帆立貝上面有一粒正字形牛油, 根據自己喜好整, 淨係聞都聞到好香🧈 上枱時冇即刻食, 因為想啲邊有小小焦香, 等咗一陣, 見個邊開始焦, 就夾起食😋 個邊咬落有小小脆口, 帆立貝吸咗牛油, 好正!食日本野點會小得刺身, 叫咗吞拿魚刺身, 上枱時仙氣滿滿🤣 食落都算新鮮, 厚身大舊🤭同時仲叫咗牛仔骨、雞串, 雞串大件夾抵食, 只係$18！Overall: 銅鑼灣樓上日本菜, 價錢合理, 質素有保證
