To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前聽朋友講話熊拉麵好好食💬，今日出開黎佐敦，就一於去試下啦🍴！熊拉麵真系好受歡迎❤️～平日下午黎到都要排隊啊😮！店內環境💁🏻～超級巨熊拉麵($125)：超級巨熊拉麵材料非常豐富😍，有：火炙肥叉燒、梅頭叉燒x3、溏心蛋、味付筍、紫菜、木耳... 呢度既拉麵整體偏幼🍜，有1.25mm幼麵同1.5mm中幼麵，而且掛湯力強👍🏻。小妹揀左硬麵，食落都幾彈牙😊。另外，值得一讚既系個溏心蛋🥚，真系超香濃超好食🤤！好令人回味啊💭！迷你沙律醬叉燒飯($32)：小妹都幾中意沙律醬既味道😝，甜甜地同叉燒幾夾👏🏻。不過個飯🍚真系幾迷你，當小食都ok既，吾好expect會好飽啊🙈～波子汽水($16)：原本以為系最typical個款，點知吾系😬，系另1個牌子有檸檬🍋味既。味道都吾錯啊👌🏻，幾清新🌿。
