冬天殺到,就係食鍋物嘅季節喇!呢晚去咗灣仔果頭覓食,就見到呢間幾decent嘅鍋物,一人一爐烚吓嘢食,暖吓身先呢日係平日,我哋就叫咗兩個晚市套餐 湯底有幾款,我哋就揀咗一個「關東風壽喜燒」同一個「柚子胡椒湯」壽喜燒湯底會比較「經典」,味道較濃,我覺得可以更加帶出到肉嘅鮮味,但唔會搶味;而柚子湯底就會特別啲,煮落嘢食會有淡淡嘅柚子味,感覺比較fresh,點埋佢嘅柚子鹽醬汁,酸度會再明顯提升多啲。主食方面,我哋要咗一客「極上a4黑毛和牛190g」($458)A4和牛份量好多,都有差唔多8片,而呢款牛肉味會較濃,油脂分布較平均,有飽肚感,食完比人一種「和牛就應該要係咁」嘅感覺。另一客就叫咗「a5黑毛和牛肉眼190g」($608)一睇啲紋路就知佢有幾出色啦!呢款肉眼脂肪多,油脂感極重,真係一入口就會融化,十分綿滑,好耐無食過咁香嘅牛肉喇!而個Set仲包埋一隻「日本生蛋」,可以撈蛋汁嚟食,令啲食物味道更具層次。每個套餐都包前菜同野菜拼盤,有青瓜同山藥漬物,麻油味突出,亦有酸甜香味,好開胃A5和牛餐仲包一個凍豆腐,就咁食會較實淨,有豐富豆味,或者煮熟嚟食都一樣得!而另外亦有野菜拼盤,入面有蟹柳、冬

就咁食會較實淨,有豐富豆味,
或者煮熟嚟食都一樣得!

而另外亦有野菜拼盤,
入面有蟹柳、冬菇、本菇、金菇、日本南瓜、芋絲、京蔥、娃娃菜、芹菜,
蔬菜都十分新鮮,食落夠曬飽肚
(個人最鍾意食佢嘅南瓜,綿滑得嚟有好香嘅南瓜味)

最後個set仲跟日本白米飯,我哋一個升級咗做手打烏冬(加$15)
食埋個飯撈埋啲湯,就真係十級滿足!
