男朋友話想食石板牛,所以就係旺角搵到磊犇,個名好得意,所以比佢吸引咗。佢同其他石板牛店一樣,都係自助點餐既。係依個電子餐牌上面揀番自己想食既野,就可以落單。除咗石板牛之外,仲有一啲石鍋飯可以揀架。我地一個叫咗400g既牛肩肉,一個叫咗300g磊扒。叫咗依啲餐之後,店入面既自助吧都係可以任添既,包括有泡菜、酸蘿蔔、沙律、麵豉湯、白飯。連野飲都有,有綠茶、菊花茶、洛神花山楂茶。沙律🥗 麵豉湯400g既牛肩肉🐮 原來400g都幾多,舊牛都好厚身,所以嚟到既時候都要即刻就將佢切開,令到入面既肉都燒到,而個底就吾會過熟。我地將佢切咗一大舊之後,就落咗啲玫瑰鹽同黑胡椒,等啲牛會入果啲,先再切番細舊啲。切到咁上下,見到都差吾多5成熟,就拎起咗放係個碗度,以免佢過熟。300g既磊牛,依個個肉質都比較淋,同埋相對之下會少啲筋。同埋,依個肉會比較多肉汁,個人比較鍾意食依個個。而且,餐廳都提供咗三種醬汁比我地點,有燒汁、黑椒汁同埋蛋黃醬。
