今日去左K-11行街, 行到差唔多食飯時間朋友話不如試下呢間山翠熟成牛料理~我地見個MENU 都唔錯,所以就一於食呢間~我地叫左2個餐,餐包括沙律, 南瓜湯, 飲品及MAIN COURSE~沙律簡單,幾塊西式葉菜及少許沙律醬~南瓜湯味道濃郁, 熱辣辣, 好味~~MAIN COURSE 分別係:300日純燕麥飼養黑毛安格斯西冷扒(4週) & 2週乾熟成牛腰肉料理~300日都食燕麥既牛,再經過4週風乾熟成,牛味超香濃,肉味肉汁都重,食落去鬆化又嫩口非常,冇得輸~~而2週乾熟成牛腰肉料理秉承日式料理傳統,賣相好精緻;有五色繽紛漬物+喜馬拉雅山粉紅岩鹽;而藜麥飯有隻溫泉蛋,圍住飯既有五片厚切牛腰肉,肉味香濃唔會覺得膩,肉質嫩滑、鬆軟,有咬口感!最後仲有2杯飲品,揀左BLOSSOM - 芳香花果茶同APPLE JUICE, 2杯都好FRESH~OVERALL 價錢唔算貴, 下次可以再食下!

南瓜湯味道濃郁, 熱辣辣, 好味~~

MAIN COURSE 分別係:
300日純燕麥飼養黑毛安格斯西冷扒(4週) & 2週乾熟成牛腰肉料理~

300日都食燕麥既牛,再經過4週風乾熟成,牛味超香濃,肉味肉汁都重,食落去鬆化又嫩口非常,冇得輸~~

而2週乾熟成牛腰肉料理秉承日式料理傳統,賣相好精緻;有五色繽紛漬物+喜馬拉雅山粉紅岩鹽;
而藜麥飯有隻溫泉蛋,圍住飯既有五片厚切牛腰肉,肉味香濃唔會覺得膩,肉質嫩滑、鬆軟,有咬口感!

最後仲有2杯飲品,揀左BLOSSOM - 芳香花果茶同APPLE JUICE, 2杯都好FRESH~

OVERALL 價錢唔算貴, 下次可以再食下!
