To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友為左做會員，Lunch time叫左我去ifc千両食午餐。由於ifc分店lunch time會有好多人，而店舖面積又唔大，朋友一早係12點已經入左舖頭坐低先，避免等我放lunch先到而要排隊。千両係冇任何lunch set嘅，所以我地2個人就散叫食物share。壽司同刺身方面，我地叫左三文魚同帆立貝刺身同兩個手卷。全部手卷同刺身都幾好味，夠新鮮，值得一試。熟食方面，我地叫左牛肉豆腐鍋，三文魚腩鰭，同牛舌。相反，熟食全部味道都麻麻地。正常牛肉鍋湯底係甜甜地，但佢個牛肉鍋湯底完全冇味，牛肉又un。牛舌同三文魚腩鰭味道都一般。千両嘅熟食完全唔值呢個價錢。Lunch time咁嘅價錢都算貴，而熟食質素認真一般，所以我應該都唔會再去食千兩，除非淨係去食壽司同刺身啦。
