To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬鞍山愈開愈多貴價既餐廳, 一D平民化既美食已經買少見少...幸得仲有海皇粥店撐下場。我本身好仲意食牛,所以今日叫左個皮蛋牛肉粥同埋牛肉腸粉。呢個皮蛋牛肉粥算是即叫即落料煮,所以牛肉唔會煮得太老,粥就稀左少少,不過好在皮旦多搭救下, 都幾好食既。至於個牛肉腸粉都幾唔錯,腸粉入口即溶,牛肉彈牙都算大份,仲有兩條菜送比你,健康飲食~ 都算唔錯既...
