To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 友人介紹到下，就走到小巷內的越南小店。看到OpenRice上的comments好壞參半，確實有點擔心。不過一踏進鋪內，已給熱情地招待，即時送上水杯和餐牌。選擇還多的，由Pho到咖哩飯都有。不過身為越南河粉的死忠，都沒有多想就點了廚介推介—集錦越南河粉。等了大概5分鐘，我周圍望下裝修。侍應發現我的舉動，立即貼心地解釋，因為時間尚早，廚師要準備熱湯，要用上多點時間，讓我耐心等候。不消十分鐘就湯麵到了。湯底輕柔，不過太過濃厚。不論手絲雞到生牛肉都不錯，沒有太大的味覺衝擊，就是一碗家常小麵。
