熱石牛🐮係今期大熱,☝🏼佢真係熱~以🌋火山石上碟;✌🏻勁多肉食獸friends 約食....已成為一種新菜系🍴走到店前,已被牛排的香味所牽引🧟‍♀!我和大食積🙋🏽‍♂點了牛肩肉200g和西冷排300g,拎齊任食唔嬲嘅沙律、湯、飯同飲品...就進入⏰等食模式!🥩來了,肉肉在滋滋渣渣地叫📣我開動了,🙅🏾‍♀絕不’冷待’肉肉!上桌是一成熟不調味的Rare牛🐃,於是生熟+調味都係由我主宰🧖🏾‍♀,西冷嘅脂肪少,但肉質細;有嚼口,但不韌!牛肩肉脂肪會多一點,有油香!我把牛排切成小塊🔪,再360度煎封,每一口也是外焦內嫰的美味🤤!我最愛只加岩鹽和黑椒🧂.....不搶牛牛🐮風頭!P.S. 欣賞前菜有KimChi同漬蘿蔔🥕我同大食積🙆🏽‍♂都食得很開心,最後我用熱石炒咗個🥢KimChi 飯,👹野蠻如我!
