想据扒唔一定要去高級扒房或者西餐廳🍴。近年香港開左好多間鐵板牛扒,今晚就試左呢間位於旺角嘅日式鐵板牛。餐廳係採用自助式點餐,牛扒嘅款式同份量都一目了然自由選擇,操作簡單清晰。點餐後去取餐處自取,留意鐵板嘅溫度非常高,要小心拎唔好辣親手。自助區有白飯、麵豉湯、沙律、泡菜同凍飲任食任飲。等左冇幾耐牛扒終於準備好喇!300g牛肩肉嘅表面熟左,一切開內面仲係生生地。然後慢慢一塊一塊切落黎再燒熟每一邊,生熟度完全自己掌握。而且牛扒夠厚,即使一直放係一塊燒紅左嘅高溫鐵板上,都唔會太快熟透。每一啖食落去,塊牛肉都燒得剛剛好,肉質非常嫩!另外300g西冷牛扒,由於西冷切得比牛肩肉薄,要注意唔好將塊牛扒一直放係鐵板上,否則塊牛扒食到一半時就會熟透,變左overcooked !想食到高質牛扒又唔想比咁貴嘅價錢,呢度絕對係高性價比之選!

另外300g西冷牛扒,由於西冷切得比牛肩肉薄,要注意唔好將塊牛扒一直放係鐵板上,否則塊牛扒食到一半時就會熟透,變左overcooked !
