To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好像已經開業了好久,不過還是一次也未試過。不太清楚下午茶是什麼時段,但就剛好遇上了。T3. 芝士焗蜆肉蘑菇飯 ♥♥♥♥ 芝士佈滿整個焗飯,每一口都可以拉絲。白汁反而覺得有點不夠,底的飯粒沒汁的時候會比較乾。配料也不少,可以說比預想之中來得多,還不錯。最重要是新鮮熱辣,剛上的時候可以看到上面的芝士在冒泡,而且即使是這個熱度,等待的時候也不太長。原本對飲料沒什麼想法,都是一樣的味道,但我點這杯阿華田真的非常濃,水吧真的捨得落重手。見旁邊個個都點意麵,早知道我就看定一點才點餐,應該會比飯的質素更好。
