To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鐵板雙拼飯($38+5)-食鐵板飯梗係即刻諗到胡椒廚房，不過佢地啲飯真係愈黎愈貴💀。-西九龍中心個foodcourt真係好多選擇，司令揀左個鐵板飯，要左雞扒同肥牛，加埋芝士，肥牛份量少不過雞扒有兩塊，加既芝士都係得幾條，店家本身已經落左醬入去，不過對於司令咁重口既人黎講就唔多夠，要去拎多兜汁先夠😂，味道不過不失，勝在食到尾都仲熱辣辣。
