To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日想食餐好既,所以放工去了apm。6:30pm到了,見到唔洗排隊,所以去買少少野先返轉頭。點知⋯7:00pm前返來已經要排十幾張枱啦。。。等左半個鐘入得,店員安排我坐鐵板位,對住鐵板關西燒個爐,都幾熱架⋯食之前做左功課,知道一杯關西燒係推介,所以點了。的確唔錯醬汁夠多,而且都幾多牛肉,$62價錢合理,值得一試。另一推介係雞肉京蔥串。雞肉夠嫩,有燒烤既味道。而京蔥夠脆口同入味,可以encore。牛舌都好味,但$48一串太貴了⋯冷烏冬無特別,味道又淡,我自己煮可能仲好味。。其他燒物味道都係一般般。

另一推介係雞肉京蔥串。雞肉夠嫩,有燒烤既味道。而京蔥夠脆口同入味,可以encore。牛舌都好味,但$48一串太貴了⋯
