To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返工等食晏就成日都係,今日就特別餓同兩個同事一起食個LUCH唔駛急最緊要快,大家就選左太興埋位就睇餐牌,之後就準備100米起步咁,大家睇下就即叫3個人3個餐第一個餐係义燒油雞飯加凍奶茶第二個餐係燒肉油雞飯加凍檸茶少冰第三個餐係油雞燒鵝凍奶茶义燒--肉質林,夠入味..燒得都唔算燶,半肥瘦肉質油雞--不過不失,唔算鞋,不過都唔太有雞味燒肉--同樣地半肥瘦,皮脆的燒鵝--鵝有鵝味凍奶茶--用個冰鎮令到杯野夠濃唔會俾冰整淡
