第一次經過這間餐廳時就想入去試,但是見到要排大隊就放棄,今晚終於給我等到了!燒鵝乳豬飯($68)加$7 就有凍飲舖名好清楚讓你知道一定要試燒鵝,偷心一點仲試埋乳豬添,果然名不虛傳,燒鵝同乳豬的外皮都燒得「脆卜卜」,肉質夠嫩滑,到這餐廳,唔食燒味又點對得住自己。拔絲咕嚕肉($98)好欣賞這𥚃每道菜都做到「熱騰騰」,切記千萬不要立即將食物放入口中,否則好容易「燙」傷口唇!這道菜的菠蘿應該是採用新鮮菠蘿,所以較為酸些,咕嚕肉的外皮也炸得很脆和帶點拔絲的效果,整體酸酸甜甜,「餸」飯一流。避風塘軟殼蟹($138)無想過可以在此店舖可以食到海鮮,所以揀選軟殻蟹嘗試一下,炸漿不太厚,亦能將軟殼蟹炸得外脆內軟,好有「穫」氣,非常惹味。已經諗住下次要試埋避風塘瀨尿蝦肉。食完後才看到舖面貼著逢星期一至五,每天都有不同燒味優惠,幾時想加料的話,可以參照一下!
