呢度叫得做「最掂燒味」,未食已經知老闆對自己出品幾有信心!長沙灣店位置都幾方便,近元州商場果邊。先黎一份「皇牌最掂燒味三色拼盤」($138):自選三種燒味包括燒腩仔、懷舊腩叉同豉油雞。燒腩仔皮脆亦唔覺膩,腩叉就冇得頂,因為叉燒係要少少肥至好食,呢個腩叉燒得香之餘,仲一啲都唔覺佢肥呢!佛山燻蹄($48)越來越少店舖有燻蹄供應,豬手皮帶爽,點少少酸酸辣辣嘅醬汁,超開胃!食燒味又點少得白飯($10)同大大碗嘅上湯瀨粉($15)呢?最後仲要讚下佢個自家製無味精素菜湯,味道清甜,仲有粒粒素菜有咬口呢!
